There's nothing invasive except the piss-in-your-bowl-oops-did-i-do-that kind of haha humour. It isn't a "look at us" thread (it was tradition in LW to do this), but is understandable an ideal fdb would denounce any possible, close or far, such "look at us we have outgrown our geekiness" since it is their vocation.
I can't see through the thick of the hypocrisy of the last sentence of the second paragraph to get what you mean by it. If at least you'd've paraphrased what i said I would see what direction you're pointing to. This is becoming usual in this country, ridicule of an argument is sufficient, no need to even give the reason why.
Only validation i run after is the kill buffer, why want that of people who are known not to understand//known to misinterpret?

I didn't see any aggressivity in sob's post, i wanted to laugh at the booze joke but it wouldn't really be in the thread of the thread.
It's too late to apologize for the "long sentence we must keep requoting without daring reformulating or briefing", but it wasn't an insult, it's really how i see it.
And really, you expect anyone to take seriously an accusation by someone who joined the fdb of being a seeker of validation ?
