Oh well, that's why I have a computer and a PS2.  :)

hehe

If it were 55 degrees out right now, I'd go for a run with the dog in shorts and a t-shirt!  You spoiled bastards :D

Hey, great!  There's a tournament here on the 13th, then again on the 15th and 16th, so you'll get to see the hottie babolicious athletic girls in bikinis.  I'll be the short guy covered in sand, sweat, and sunscreen trying to compete past my prime.

ugh why would anyone want to pay to go to that cess pool. the gulf of mexico is like one big stagnet retention pond. water just sits there and dosnt move. if your comming to florida at least go to a real beach, miami.

You bastards... I hate you all.

I dont think we've had a blue sky in months.

Used to live in Chicago - while was cold, the sky was blue - in the northeast the skies in the winter are ALWAYS GREY!  Depressing as hell... grey sky, dead trees, dead grass...

Grey when you wake up, grey when you go to lunch, grey when you get home, grey when you eat dinner, black when you go to sleep.... repeat.

Ive got a buddy going to grad school down in Hawaii... might be time to pay him a visit.

If you think Clearwater is bad, stay away from Tampa.  Personally, I like Clearwater and the Gulf - its warmer than the Atlantic coast water.

Miami is a cool place to be. So is Daytona Beach.  Key West sand is coral-based, so its packed like concrete an inch from the surface.  Clearwater has a big beach with white powdery sand, unlike the Atlantic coast beaches which tend to be a bit browner (and thereby hotter).  For Spring Break party madness, the best is Ft. Lauderdale with Daytona a close second.  I slept in the front seat of a VW van in a Ft. Lauderdale parking lot for Spring Break when I was in college.

It's not only cold here in Chicago, but we're expecting a nice 6" - 8" of snow tonight. WoooHoo! Nwbie, I hope you have some gas for the snowblower.

LOL..

Our tourism minister was unaplogetic about that ad campaign, even after the New York Times ran a big story about it.  She is using the old "Any publicity is good publicity" logic.

I am composing a letter to the Editor now suggesting that we advertise international business along the same lines.  Something like "Bermuda has given the IRS, Inland Revenue, and Revenue Canada the freedom of inspection of all company and Trust records."...then say.."Nah...just kidding, we don't allow that"..when all of the questions start pouring in.  Based on her logic that would work well...based upon common sense it would be tantamount to waving a big fat juicy steak at a tiger while you are sitting INSIDE his cage.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain
