Definition of fields for country

Hi,
I've made a terrain, defined for each field the country that owns it using 'fields setup' menu in Terrain Editor, build it and checked offline.
All works great all fields belong the country I defined. But when I give the terrain to someone else all fields defined in random way.
How can I fix it?

Make sure whoever you send it to also receives the *.fld file along with the *.res.  It's also a good idea to include the *.pln if there is one.

To my understanding the field settings are a different file (fld)
