Bought it last June for $263. Used for 8 weeks. Perfect condition...just don't care for the high spring tension.

Best reasonable offer takes it.
Will consider trade for CH Fighterstick & Throttle USB

lol, Dmax... I was "there" a couple of months ago, ready to toss the damn thing... but I stayed with it, and it feels natural to me now. The springs have loosened quite a bit, and I've grown used to it. I'm glad I waited it out.

While I was going through that phase, I ordered some replacement springs (lesser tension) from TM, and never got around to swapping them out. Would you like me to send them to you (free) before you give up completely?

We all have a blind date with Destiny... and it looks like she's ordered the lobster.

Took me way long to get used to the tension. They would have been way better to have put medium springs in and let the people that want to arm wrestle upgrade to tougher springs.

As a long die hard Saitek X-36/45 owner, I still wrestle the F22 Pro stuff I bought not too long ago on my home setup, and will continue to do so. Mostly because after doing the digital upgrade I about have the cost of a Cougar is invested, and after awhile it is kinda nice.

Looking back, I'd buy 3 Saitek's, and watch the environ'mentals' cringe as i chucked each hoopty plastic stick in the landfill, for the next.

Still, my LAN setup is Saitek cause I can leave it there without worry of it getting it's broken hatswitch sweet mess stolen. Still can't see toejam with the hat that's worn out and functions 1/4 of the time, but damn does it work well.

The real solution here is to masturbate more. Build up that wrist and forearm strenght.

What a bunch of sissies.  It took me a while to get used to the fact that the tension on the Cougar was so damned light.  :)  If you want to feel what the tension should be, try an F22 Pro...if you're a masochist, get your hands on a late model ProFCS from ThrustMaster (hasn't been made in several years).
