Ripsnort! That photo (1975) or one like it from a different angle appeared in The Telegraph this week. I was going to post, but you beat me to it. My caption would have been Oh how sickeningly sweet - or something like that. Can you also find a pic of Chirac and Mugabe (this year)? Chirac seems to like ruthless dictators.
