As a public service, I hereby designate channel 222 as the unofficial Political Chat channel.

These are "interesting times" for politics, but many of us play AH for a break from that reality. Those who just can't resist debating political matters while playing are encouraged to use channel 222, where everyone who wants to can read your take on the subject, and those who want a break can ignore it without squelching individual players.

Unfortunately, we have no .squelch 2.

And the squelch list is too short to contain all the people who were trying to log on to alt.politics.spew, and wandered into AH by mistake.

I don't want to squelch channel 1 as I have friends in the other 2 countries.... but I do get fed up of all the political stuff, so if those that want to participate move to 222, that would suit me perfectly.

nice to see a little common sense now and again...salute...and i may even tune into 222 now and then..
