Finally, all this UN b.s. is coming to an end!  Saddam has three choices now, run, fight, or disarm.  I hope his ego is so large that he fights.  Clearly the Iraqi people will win in the end!  Soon it will be time for all the gutless protestors to crawl back under their rocks and bury their heads in the sand once again.  These protestors and advocates of containment would condemn the people of Iraq to the mercy of a dictator who could only provide death as the Iraqi peoples only liberation.  The protestors are advocates of the continual oppression of the Iraqi people.  The protestors are advocates to world terrorism.  The protestors are nothing but a cult of death!  Shame to those who wish to see the children of Iraq die so they won’t have to deal with a savage dictator! Yes, back under your rocks you cowards!  Let the evil you support finally be confronted by the good in this world!

Let freedom ring in the Middle East, let freedom ring!

It's not the end.

It's the beginning.

... and it's going to get a lot worse for this planet before it gets better, IMHO.

Sandman,

Sometimes the problems require a response. Sometimes they require nothing more than doing nothing. Either way constitutes a decision. All of will live with whatever happens action or no. Both sides of this situation have consequences. Neither path gives a clear indication that there will be no more problems.

I pray for those going in harms way that they be comforted by whatever deity or religous belief they have.

As to those not going in harms way, now is the time to make your feelings known to your representatives, not by meaningless posturing here on this bbs but by contacting them directly. If you haven't done so, then you have no right to squeak either way. Same if you did not vote in the last election.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
