I want one, and will buy one, but not until there's good support for it in AH.  From what I've read, you can manually set it up, but apparently there's some complex sequence you need to go through every time you start it or something.

Chairboy> There is no complex calibration or setup routine you just fire up the trackIR software which sits in your taskbar and then fire up Aces High. The only setup comes when you first install and set it up like any other controller. You're right though dedicated support would be great. When using the trackIR using the mouseview mode you can loose the centre point although this just means pressing F1 to return the view to the centre then enabling F8 pan view again which is'nt so much of a problem if you have the key's mapped to a joystick button. The other problem is AH requires you to hold down the right button but again I have a joystick profile that switched between F1 and F8 views and simulates the holding down of the right mouse button with one press. I have a small video made for my squad mates, its a bit dark because I don't have a video camera and used a digital stills camera that had a basic film record function. Check it out, you will see my head does not need to move much at all (you'll see my mic boom move slightly) Towards the end of the view I demonstrate the ease of panning between two cons (the offline drones) one of which was at around 7 oclock the other at about 4 oclock. You can see the film here

According to the trackIR people native support only requires a small .dll and as AH already has a mouseview system would not require a lot of work to add this support.

Revvin,

Can you tell me how you set it up in AH step by step?
I got it working but the moment i press the right mouse button, the view becomes very jittery.

It's much fuss to setup in AH imo and could really use the native support because it's simply fantastic in FB. Maybe there's not too much demand for a properly working mouseview in AH, but then again, trackIR in enhanced is totally independant from mouseview.

Thx in advance

Not much to tell if you have it working. Try turning up the 'smoothness' in the trackIR options and see if that helps.
