But this game is so damned good I will repost the whole thing here with some additions worth mentioning.

I loved RS: Rogue Spear. Played it to death but avoided the mods, as 99% sucked. Mostly coop with buddies, but also some team action, but netcode was pretty crappy.
Been waiting for a new version. Ghost Recon was fun but not as good because I like the more urban environment in RS.
And now I just played the demo. And it RUNS OK ON MY 1GHZ GEFORCE 1 puter! Woooh!
Not only that; annoying things in Rogue Spear are fixed. AI are 100 times smarter and will hide, lob grenades and outflank ya.
AND no 'this weapon is light therefore tango will get it aimed at your head faster than a heavy weapon and therefore it will actually be more lethal crap'. No more very shot tango fires hits. Now I have firefights and I can hear impacts all around me. Now I can direct my team mates.
Oooh and smoke grenades work sooo well. Throw one, send squaddies over, then fnalk those son of squeakes neo nazi motherfu...ehm...
Zoom is more realistic. Enemy falls and slumps over realistically when shot. More focus on stealth and making less noise. Much more tactical control, ordering yer team mates to do stuff; I dislike the waythey stand in the middle of the door when they open it sometimes, but what the hell...
Weapons are well done and additions like scope, extra big mag and silencer really have both advantages and disadvantages that are tangible. Well built.
Just played the single player demo yet. Not even all weapons or functions. I am gonna have NO life when the game gets here...woooh
They licensed a graphics engine and focused on game play, and just from the demo I must say it has worked out. It is better than I expected, especially since Red Storm Entertainment passed it on to a third party, who obviously took it seriously.
Game is gonna arrive here either tomorrow or monday. Ordered it from the US for an extortion price, but what the hell.
PUNT. Anyone interested in 1st person tactical shooters NEED this game, as in medically need.
