Oil wells on fire in Southern Iraq

AKIron: -I didn't say they shouldn't deny a constitutional right, I said don't deny free speech. It is also their right to allow it if they want.

I understand. Usually "free speech" is referred to the Constitutional issue, so I just tried to make it more clear.

-I didn't say they should reveal personal information. I don't remember reading in any contract where they couldn't reveal connections between UBB users and AH accounts. Maybe you could reference that for me?

That's why I said "implicit". There are quite a lot implied agreements not necessarily mentioned in contracts that would nevertheless stand in court.

I have little interest in anyone's opinion that doesn't have the courage to take some responsibility for their view.

Then you've fooled me. :) I'd say you are worked up a great deal about his opinion...

Anyway, you have an opinion about Hussein, but I don't see you sneaking into Iraq, standing on the street corner and "taking responcibility for it".
Despite that, you still believe - and rightly so - that your opinion has validity just on it's logical/factual merits rather than your personal charisma or courage in promoting it.

Miko, no strong feelings about username here , not the first I've been exposed to an idiot.

Saddam is a bad man, he needs to be removed. I was in the military the first time around, didn't go to the gulf, was needed elsewhere. I'm retired now, otherwise I just might be there. Anyhow, I trust my government to do the job that must be done regardless of what some think or say.

When he's gone and the truth is known I just hope some will learn to keep their silly mouths shut when they don't know what the hell they're talking about. I can always hope.

I'm not American...so no, it is not a special American understanding of freedom.  It is mine.

Seeing the American flag defaced by nazi swatizas revolts me.  It is twisted way to make a point.
