DirectX 9a is out

DirectX 9a is out.  It seems to be more of a bug fix relating to ATI cards and the latest Catalyst driver package.

So, it seems that DirectX9a is out again. I got it before they pulled it, and also have the newest detanator drivers from nVidia (just came out, v43), and my FPS in most of my games actually improved for once! Just about 10-15 FPS.  I can say it is nice though, on my system.
