Sorry, going back to usenet quoting style. muckmaw wrote:

No. I`d really need equipment for those, and my knowledge is only theoretical. OTOH, I built and used an UHF jammer when I was 16

Go to
http://www.conrad.de to find some and fund our nazi economy. It`s basically a matter of hitting the right, well known, frequency - and range goes down with frequency, so you`d have to put some power to it for the GHz satellite signal ranges. OTOH again, those (sattelite receivers) work on very low signal strength.
I guess the Iraqis got physics professors, too.

Funny. I keep finding similarities between Bush and Hitler all the time. Maybe that`s cause german reeducation (not only after 45, but the way war is perceived here generally, and it`s not a bad thing to condemn war...). I`m wondering why (`sides having their relatives and loved ones fighting in Iraq) the "Amis" can`t find them.
"We will accept no outcome but victory" - "Der Endsieg ist nah"
Fighting each nation in the so-called Axis of Evil - "Heute Deutschland, morgen die ganze Welt"
The act of going to war ignoring (and defacing) the UN - "Der Völkerbund ist nichts als ein Kaffeehaus"
Now, to make ONE thing clear I posted weeks ago. I`m all in favour of getting rid of Saddam, but style *does* matter. At the rate Bush is going, he`ll have all the world against him in no time flat. And just like Hitler (though probably by another way), he`ll discover he can`t take on all the world, all the time.
Now REALLY
shutting up. Back to popping beer and tortilla chips to CNN footage. to all the US soldiers down there putting their lives on the line. to all the non-indoctrinated iraqis, mostly civilian but military, too. I hope all those won`t have to give their lives for a just cause - spearheaded by not one, but TWO morons.
