Can anyone post a link about this?....I heard he was willing to pay $25,000 per suicide attack on Isreal..I just want to know if this is propaganda or true..And if it is,are other Arab nations doing this as well?

IIRC they are the only government doing it publicly. Lots of other countries contribute to the "martyrs'" families as well, but those are private funds.
