That's a lie, all of it.

They've really trained the monkeys to work for Halliburton so that Halliburton doesn't have to pay for anything except bananas for it's workers- which is significantly cheaper than paying for health care, life insurance, safety policies and the worker's own pay.

This is just another way for Bush, Cheney and the rest of his staff to get richer even quicker!!

Actually SW, you're almost right!

The bananas will be purchased from the Dole Company via a government contract and then given to the monkeys employed by Haliburton....hehe.
