Dig everything in around Bagdhad.  Put troops and tanks and guns right next to civilian areas and valuable infrastructure items.  When the siege ring gets really tight, fire chemical weapons into massed enemy troops.  The enemy won't be able to respond in kind without massivie civilian casualties.
Also I would fire any remaining long range missiles at Israel and hope to start a general conflict in the region.

Ah, but in so doing you may win the battle but lose the war.  By using WMD, you'll have proven the United States correct in its assessment of your capabilities and turned Western opinion strongly against you.  You also would give the United States carte blanche to wipe you off the face of the planet at that point with, by and large, the blessings of previously opposed members of the United Nations.

The only two things I would add is use the Fedayeen (sp) to attack supply convoys, not troops.  Use them to get easy but noticable results and wear down the US public.

The other would achieve similar results, but be much more risky.  Find a way to move a division up north to oppose the 173rd AB.  Right now we have a bunch of lightly-armed paras there.  If, and this is a huge if, I could get some of my troops up there and pin them down, it would be a huge moral victory.  Of course this depends on dodging the US air power.  But, if there was a way to do it, it would be worth it.

I would have moved to a nice warm country with a few of the billions I stole from the people of Iraq and had nubile young women feed me grapes while I lounged beside the pool at my palacial residence.

But hey, that's just me I guess.

I like Curval's option, although I suspect that with an attitude like that you couldn't really be a ruthless genocidal maniac and all-round wrong 'un. ;)

I would have complied with the terms of the treaty in the first place.  Defense gets a whole lot easier when the offense stays home.

I don't think the US is willing to wipe Baghdad off the face of the planet.

I doubt it as well, but it could allow for a significant easing of the rules of engagement and a general lessening of the opposition to civilian casualties.  That is, the mantra may change from one of minimizing civilian casualties and maintaining Iraqi infrastructure to one of acceptable costs for a hastened end to the conflict.

Kill as many of my own citizens as possible, blame it on the Coalition, and wait for 'World Opinion' to scream for a "Stop to the Slaughter of Iraqis".
