Offline mode

Downloaded the game yesterday and cannot get offline mode to work, online seems fine. When I click on the offline button the clipboard window flashes and thats it.  Any help would be appreciated.

as with any help  :) it helps if you give your computer specs



        cpu ... wind operating system ..ie: 98 ..me .. 2000 ....xp

        vido card and what drivers you have for it

        memory . hard dive  . all this helps us help you find the
          problum.

Problem is solved drill, thank you for your reply though. It seems there was a config file missing from the settings folder.
