It's in it's 3rd re-incarnation. Silver bullet didn't work. Stake through the heart didn't work. Maybe this time we should just run the freakin thing over with an 18 wheeler mac truck with a working replica of fat man being stored in the truck.

That should work. Right? RIGHT????

I just stumbled across the CDs from the eidos beta.  I have 4 of them with another one filled with downloaded updates.

I may load them up and see just how bad that beta was.

Calling it a beta was slightly presumptuous.

I concur....

I have been involved in dozens of betas going back to the late 60's even using "hollerith" cards.  The CK beta was out of control and was more akin to an in-house early developer's alpha code product.

I hope they get a grip and do better with the next iteration.

They should change the name of that thing from "confirmed Kill" to "unConfirmed Dead"
