Replacing english words by french ones? No way! If you want to stay away from something american, please use McDonalds and Microsoft.

Most frensh are really nice (except the results of their high taxes on razors of course), but on one point they can be even more nationalistic than americans (and almost close to even germans during WW2): When it comes to their language. If you speak accent free french you can get a french passport, if you don't and already have one, you're send to exile. Frensh is considered to be one of the most complicated languages in europe, still it's one of the two official languages in the EU.
