I don't believe that SWAT would operate well against militia... I mean... let's face it... they haven't had much experiance with situations that don't involve complete superiority in numbers and equipment not to mention... they all show up in the same van and.... if they get the right address... they are basicly in barracade situations not fluid war in the boonies.
A militia could probably do a good job of hiding in the forest and caressing their weapons, but that is not going to take down a tyrannical regime.
