Screen jumps
« on: April 04, 2003, 07:11:32 PM »
I have recently installed a new video adapter an  ATI Radeon 9000 128mb. My frame rate went from about 25fps to 60fps but now my screen constantly takes little hops.

I am running a gateway 2ghz pentium 4
256mb ram
dsl

It worked fine wih the video that is installed on the board.

Anyone that can be of help would be appreciated..

turn down the hardware sound acceleration a notch.
Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.
I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.

A friend of mine had same problem with new patch. Instead of setting framrates to maxium he set it to 60 and fixed it. Only thing is he only run 60fps now but thats more than enough
