Arrangements are coming together nicely. I have four COs lined up for Frames 1 and 3 with another potential suc.. errr CO for Frame 2. Thanks to all who volunteered. I will have only 1 Frame CO to select, unless another suc... volunteer steps forward. ;)

I will have orders out on Sunday come rain or shine. The Frame 1 COs should read them carefully, the front will move or remain static based on a percentage of targets destroyed, with the Russians winning a tie as they had the strategic advantage at this time in history.

Last minute Change!!!  Arctic Storm will increase to 7-10 slots for this Tour as well.  Hope this is not too late.  I will update our squad dossier as well.
