No, definately not.
AH takes on the form of complete on-line environment - which even the distribution of the finished product is done through net communication. This method, unlike 'material distribution' such as CD-ROMs or boxed games, has its advantages in that it makes full use of the internet - No borders, no long waits for release in another country, download-for-free instantly.
Through such strong advantages of MMOG, AH has arranged a pretty sturdy customer base even outside of the US - ranging from Europe to Far East, Oceania.. etc. If people have to wait the 'release' of the CD-ROM product in their own country, I don't think anyone who wasn't previously interested in flight sims would bother to try out AH anymore.
It'd be ok if it was something like a special offer, limited release version of AH2 in CD-ROM... which people may or may not order optionaly.
