Popup blasted
Removed that annoying and ugly popup.

User listing order changes
the user listing now shows users that have the most public files posted on top, in a descending order. Users need to have at least 4 files to show up on the list. (it's getting longer)

Private messaging
Working on a PM messaging system, it's unfinished, but working. No email address is displayed, users can only reply through the form on the site.
