Before anybody gets their panties too much in a bunch, remember this is old data. HTC has made some corrections since the time this data was collected. As I recall the ROF for the Bereda 12.7mm has been increased to 700 so the lethality of that particular gun has gone up significantly. So please before anybody starts ranting about how their favorite ride is screwed based on these lethality tables... do us all a favor and actually do some current tests.

The RoF for the 12.7mm Breda-SAFAT was 700 rpm UNsynchronised. In its fighter applications it was usually cowling-mounted and synchronised, and 575 rpm would have been a reasonable estimate for the RoF.
