I think I have a solution to the warp problem
« on: September 14, 2000, 01:29:00 PM »
Skuzzy had mentioned in another post that 70% of the bandwidth was taken up by downloads so it seems logical that if we were to get rid of the downloads everything would be faster.

So my idea is simple..just have HT and Pyro deliver copies in person to everyone. All you would have do is buy a private jet and a "real" pilot and voila problem solved.

I know this will solve all the problems and I know you guys will want to thank me so just send money directly to HTC to pay for my account.

Too late, one of our first ideas, but we figured the bar bill would be too high so we nixed it  .

I think you should reconsider.  If you guys were to personally deliver the newest release to me... I'd buy.

I think the bar-bill would be considerably less than your previous estimates
