great peice on history channel about the korean war.
One guy is interveiwed and he describes how his wingman and lead chased 2 migs over the yazi river in their f86's when suddenly more migs turned up.
He called out 'migs high 3 oclock!' and his lead said 'roger'
then he called 'migs high 9 oclock!' and the lead calmly said 'yep'
then he called out migs 6 oclock high' and hearing his leader still calm he said 'My god there must be 30 migs here'
to which his lead said 'yeah!....and we got them all to ourselves!'
lol that guy had balls!!
I missed his name , does anyone know who this was? I heard Abbott mentioned but it might have been talking about a different pilot. I gotta know who this guy was.
