Now there's a reference to a retirement we will truly miss.  Last episode Sunday.

That would be a huge loss for the NBA.

One of the greatest passer in history (I think he is #1.)

He wont be forgotten anytime soon, thats for sure.

Sad to see him leave... and besides that finally someone who doesn't match your typical trailblazer-thread pothead, flagrant foul criminal record stereotype :D

But seriously, truly a great player, if there ever is someone who knows what an assist is...

Ooo.. you got me there thud.  Of course, you say that under the premise that anyone who is actually a blazer fan likes them right now.

The guy threw more elbows than anyone in the history of the game.  He never met a pick he didn't try to elbow or knee his way through.  He was a downright dirty player.  Surely you must have seen this if you were actually a fan of the game.  I mean.. its not like you'd over look things like that just because he was... umm... an assist leader.  Yeah.. that's it.

Mwah, he had a fair share of elbows and the likes, but it wasn't like he thrived only because of that. And well, maybe someone of his build needs a bit of that to stay above the waves. You should read some comments from other players about him, all agree that his technical skills and devotion to the game were unmatched.

(I do believe that elbowing at the right time is a tech skill BTW :) )
