And you don't think criminal's use emotion.  Do you know what the penalty phase of a capital prosecution is? At all?  You think it is not an emotional plea for a murdering son of a squeak to put on evidence that he was a good child, who baby sat his younger sister for nothing, and fixed a birds' wing once, and was always nice to animals and did well in sports.
