1st of all, I have to say Vewy vewy fun map! And it's always an extra if you can spot where your inlaws live on that map, and head there with ordonance :)

That SW dude can actually do something with his hands (errmm... other than...) :D

Now, look into my eyes, you feel sleepy, vewy sleepy.... fields needs be closer. Most poeple tend to hang around 10k in this setup, not much higher...the need for space to climb is not needed that much.

Slow planes... long flights (I babble a lot then...poeple complain, etc...)

Thank you for your attention, that is all

I have to agree.  I dont think the bases are too far apart though.  nothing more than 1 sector that I saw.  Great fun.  Nice map.  I hate it when bases are so close that nobody has the sense to grab alt.  or wait, maybe I do like that.

Have the Germans been able to roll up France as quickly as they bragged they would?    I saw 68 on the other night but my squad was in the MA so went there.   Haven't check the CT since early this week...

This has always been my favorite plane set, and the France map usually cuts down on the time it takes you to get to a fight.  PLUS I find that I get very good frame rates on this map, AND I like the Finland-esq airfields.  Altogether a rousing success.

My only complaint is the flatness of the terrain, but that's Nature's fault, not the map builder.  I also have enjoyed this planeset.  The only thing really missing that would be nice are some tank battle villages, ala Fin-Rus and the Rhine map.  Oh, and hedge-rows.  Where are the blinkin hedge rows? Hehe.  Anyway, we should be able to do a nice Battle for France scenario on this sometime.

I think their in Normandy, were still in the Low countries I think:)

But ya the collest part of this map is the possabalities for a ton of different set up's, ASW is also working to fix a few known bugs as well:)
