Never been to Montana.

I actually spelled it wrong according to Websters:

"Chafe vb Chafed; chafing: 1. To make sore by or as if by rubbing: 2. to rub and thereby cause wear or irritation."

I understand what they are trying to say in Montana though...and it is actually more severe than chafing. It's like "chapped lips"...there is actual cracking of the skin. I'd be looking for a fight too.
