Not nice to be in a sciscor fight or a stall fight juggling the flaps to have the $#@$@ things pull up and spin you just because your speed indicator hit the retract speed for .0001 seconds.
I would understand the n1k's automatic flaps doing this, the flaps from planes that could have their flaps blown up by the windforce (the 38's could not be blown up)... but not the 38's!
