Looking at the pic - you guys opted for twin 50 cals in turrets. In this case, it won't just roll over and die at a sight of any approaching fighter .

Nice! Colors are bit weird but seems like it will be fixed ASAP

Ok, now we have Bomber Command night bomber and we have the night, what is missing here... Ju 88 in nightfighter configuration of course!

Or I can settle for "Wilde Sau" Fw 190A-5.

Delta--

That's an in-game screenshot from SDOE.  The Lanc is a modification I did of the original Lanc that shipped with the game (SDOE permits user-creation of aircraft if you have a lot of patience and a sense of humor and remember how to use DOS)

The bouncing bomb works--sorta--but there are some limitations with the way water acts in SDOE, and the weapons blast is overmodeled to the point that you have to reduce the explosive weight quite a bit if you want to drop anything at low level.

Hopefully the various 617 Sq weapons will become options on the AH Lanc at some point.  Put some bridges and sub pens (and DAMS of course) around the terrain and you could do some neat quickie scenarios... Not entirely historical, but lots of fun for the buff gang.

OMG =)

Nate, Pyro - please *email* me your pizza order and where to have it delivered to...

Question: Would it be possible for you to implement (obviously later =) variants such that you could have two aircraft *exactly* the same bar the colour scheme?

PS - Jedi - Why did you pick S for Sugar instead of G for George?

Hehe I was using the text tool to make the letters on the skin for the model, and the "G" didn't look right    The next plane I remembered was S-Sugar, and the "S" looked OK

Nate

Looking carefully at the screenshot and some snaps I have of the Lancaster IV that was at Duxford (maybe you should come over and take a look yourself =)

Whilst it's one of the best renderings of the Lanc I've seen; somehow the engine nacelles don't quite look wide enough. It might just be a visual artefact of the angle?
