the worst thing about losing a 262 is that you must inmediately roll another to redeem your dead. only after you lose 600 perks you decide to let go..

The worst thing about losing a Me262 would be that someone else was lucky to shoot one down and not myself...  :D

I'm gonna go with ...

Not actually getting to fly it.   :)

Yes, I hit a tree at the end of the runway the first night.  Before it was free.

Im thinking 200 is a little too expensive.Ive flown 1, lost one and can now afford 1 more since the update and i play AH a lot more each day than most have the time for.
I feel sorry for those with 100 or less perks who know the next flight is ages away.

Personally ive seen no flood of me262s in fact ive seen 2! havent even fired at one since the freeday, which incidently was great fun but got too much after 3/4s of an hour or so.
so free perkies gets too much and 200 perks each seems excessive so far.I dont think it should change yet though,it needs some time to be assured it isnt being overused.I'll give it a little more time before I start claiming its set wrong but i suspect its just a tad too expensive?

The worst thing is that it is not announced in blue that some sissy (insert handle here) has been shot down while trying to club inferior planes in an untouchable one.

They should also be more expensive.

I've lost two so far;

  • dived too fast & lost tail

  • set autoclimb then alt-tabbed to dt to adjust RW then found out ya gotta be at 300 mph BEFORE placing Me262 on autoclimb. Came back in just enuff time to see it skip across the water like a well thrown stone.
Got one kill with my 1st Me262 sortie, as the whole squad had "upped" in em, we climbe out and filled the virtual skies with jet exhaust, navigate by AWACs inflight DAR we easily found a furball, then dived in and collected many a scalp.

I can just imagine the look on all those enemy pilots faces as them 262's dove in to create chaos and wreck havoc!   :eek:

ummm..

The fact that nobody will return it when they find it, even if you painted your name on the canopy rail?
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!
