The pot in my throttle is broken. Can some knowledgeable person please tell me the specification so I can replace it? A RS part no would be wonderful.

Three weeks ago i sent an email to this address
hotas-support@guillemot.com asking for a replacement pot for the throttle and offering to pay for it.
I included my full snail mail address, phone number and email.

They sent me a pot free of charge.

Got the details and TM will be sending me some. I also contacted the manufacturer - their UK HQ is not too far from one of our sites - and they don't deal directly with the public, and the minimum order quantity for these things is 500 or 1000.

The exact spec is

Throttle pot order information:

CTS Series 251
251 B 15 F 104 A 6 N 1

Joystick pots order information:

CTS Series 251
251 B 12 F 104 A 2 N 1

Emailed them once describing my problem; which is probably the same thing. My throttle takes 2-3 minutes to reach its max power setting (which is now only 78% up from min power which is now 28%). That was over 4 weeks ago and they just sent out my RMA this past Monday. Funny thing on the RMA form is that they seem to be sending me a completely new Cougar setup all for a faulty throttle pot. Not sure if that is so but there is no mention of parts for the throttle. Just that they will be sending a HOTAS Cougar in the part info line.

Patiently waiting on the parts to appear now even with me having a dead computer at home.

Your problems are hauntingly familiar, Reschke. Bad pot.
