I am not.  

First, it is unnecessary.  The FBI already had information about about the 9/11 terrorists.   Having mountains more information would not have helped.  

Second, it is ripe for abuse.  Corrupt politicians, law enforcement officers, or private contractors could do alot of damage with it.
