Probably the best ever but that his time has past is without question.  He knows it and knew it going into the season.
But, that he did as well as he did, even after knowing he was finished, is a testament to his greatness!
He will be missed.

class act, great memories but I agree that his time is now.
he can still play position but can't move with the reflexes of old.


not to mention the fact of how many goalies emulate his style now and how he changed the game forever.. on and off the ice.
