I believe Joe Bob Briggs will not rate Nemo above the 1988 classic, "Assault of the Killer Bimbos"

of which he comments,  "No plot to get in the way of the story--an hour and a half solid of Bimbotics. Eight breasts. One dead body. A 180 on the Squealing Airhead Decibel Meter. Three high-speed motor vehicle chases, with one great crash. Catfight. Three hostage situations. Margarita-gulping."  he gave it 4 stars.
