I've never really bothered with all the statistical or score related stuff before...since this tour is my 1st venture into this brave new world (and maybe my last

) I'm new to all this stuff...1st thing I noticed is I've got 2 or 3 sorties missing from yesterday...this is seperate from 2 hops in the early am before the reset. I came home and flew 1 at lunch...6 kills but got nailed rtbing when I tried to help some other niggits being bounced...anyway...next hop was 3 kills with same bad choice on rtb (forgot my cape I guess)...then had 4 3 kill hops I landed last night...logged at about 11pm AZ time. "Score" shows only 1 death...not 2 and 12 kills in three sorties...it shows 4 attack sorties when I only flew 2 (1 jug and 1 p-38) shows 1 kill which matchs up with my recollections...but that means I didnt fly any "fighter" hops as an attack mission by mistake. Seems to have tracked my bomber missions "real time" so I guees the missing hops are somewhere in the void...not a big deal in anyway...just curious.

Flying under azhacker if anyone wants to double check, certainly possible i goofed.

I think the new tour started yesterday, not sure what time. Maybe the 1st part of your sorties have been atributed(sp?) to the old tour?

well i know for a fact my last sortie before a reset last nite, 5 kills, lost host in air - no place to land, didnt ditch, shows up on the stats page, but is missing from the scores page.

scores page 46 kills, 10 deaths (12 sorties).

stats page 51 kills, 10 deaths (sorties not part of this page).

no big... but there *is* a discrepancy due to an event that i thought had always been counted as "landed" when the host barfed everyone out.

I'm pretty sure the "missing" ones are from last night...not really a big deal. I had a great run Sunday to Monday morning that fell in between the tours...6-7 hops 20 something kills no deaths...again this is all new to me since I've never bothered with it before. Just curious if the system loses stuff regularly or if it doesnt collect it real time....does the system update scores once or twice a day?

did you score it correctly? if you kill gv's scored as fighter am i right in thinking that it doesnt affect score but it shows in stats?

went to stats page...it's showing 17 kills 5 deaths...deaths are right 1 hop in fighter seems to be missing. Shows 2 deaths in fighter (correct) 1 in attack (correct) and 2 vehicles (PZ and m8)...wrong since I died in an M-3 earlier today (unless "troop" mission dont count as death?).

So I'm (as of last look) missing 1 death and 3 kills in fighter and 1death in Vechicle.

Furball, I'm trying to "play the game"...so not engaging ground stuff on fighter sweeps...bogus to me but will play game the way it's designed for a tour. I'll check the score page to see if it updated...guessing the 1 hop got lost in the void. No clue why other death didnt show up on score.

Stats page is not showing M3 death that is now on "score" page...which shows 8 deaths (correct if you include two dronew bombers I lost on turn:(). I'm so confused.....

Whats odd is I'm showing 4 attack hops instead of 2 with 4 kills instead of 1...but 3 deaths. Even with the "missing" death on fighter score I'm still off by a death the wrong way.

So far the scoring system doesnt impress me much...how can you play for "score" if the system is so hosed?

Funny that, i was thinking the exact same thing earlier after i did 6 sorties yesterday (1 messing about in SBD on furball island, 1 in goon) and am ranked 75, 1 sortie scored as fighter and ranked 46 in fighters?

Seems something isn't right somewhere!
