Poor old Badger never saw it coming. I was practicing my climbing evasives lastnight near 26. Saw Badger flying his N1k knocking people outta the sky <S>. I knew if I went up in my 109, he would be sure to follow. Guess what, I was right. So I start my spiral climb and watch Badger get ever closer, obtaining a firing solution. Was anticipating Badger's fire, in fact was counting on it. I wanted to see his AOA & firing point versus my current escape angle & velocity (or lack thereof
) Thought better of it tho and pulled the trigger on my secret, rear firing rocket pod (stupid disco's). Badger blows up in a glorious ball of fire & I get the kill.
So if you see a rook 109 and want a target drone (as if I wasn't one anyway), come on up! I'm gonna be practicing evasives for awhile till I learn this here thang. That don't mean that if I get away, I ain't gonna shoot back, lol!
And yes, I am at work, bored out of my skull and patiently (yeh right!) awaiting 1.03.
