CPU Water block: If it's made of copper it'll work. Prices 20-70$.

Waterpump: Eheim 1048 or Hydor Seltz L 20 II (or L 30 II). Cheaper pumps will broke easily when pumping warm water. Prices 30-70$

BlackIce radiators (for example) are good and specially made for computers. Made of copper of course. Prices 50-100$.

Fan 120mm 10-20$. Get also a Rheostat like Zalman's "FanMate" for adjusting fan's RPMs. My 120mm Titan fan is turning slower than 900rpm now.

hmm looks like this company has everything you need: http://www.sharkacorp.com/

If you have room or go external, I would use the Dtek Pro core combo for a radiator.  If you go with the Black Ice Rad,  you should at least get the thicker Extreme version as it has twice the cooling as the 25 mm model. Enheim pumps and Danger Den or Swiftech blocks are bout the most popular.  Good Luck.
