Doria class Battleship.
Very modern looking ship for 1913(except for the tin can fire directors)

I'll have to look but I believe the Doria Class were the most extensivly rebuilt battleships of the Dreadnought erea.   So much so that they were pretty much much new ships buy end of the 1930's.
