That 747 was being taxied by a maintenance crew.  They started two of the engines for a short trip across the flightline.  Unfortunately, they didn't start the engine with the Hyd4 system which pressures the normal brake system.  Result?  No brakes.

Yes, the story is, the plane went in a ditch.  Boeing fixed it. :D
