F3 goes away - I can't believe I did this...

Now you have done it!  

You took away the external views.  My flight paranoidness has gone WAY up.  I really, REAlly, REALLY, like it alot better.  Having no external views sure puts me in the box.

Actually, I did a little better, 3 kills vs 2 deaths.  That is very good for me.  One kill the guy was asleep, perfect ambush.

Ahem; so there I was, driving my car to work this AM.  My mind was on AH and how I enjoyed last nights sorties.  Then I caught myself.

Yep!  My head was on a swivel.  I found myself checking my SIX about every 30 seconds.  I noticed myself doing this when I had the  urge to roll inverted and check my blind spots.  LOL - What a dweeb!

HT has goofed in my mind.  He takes away F3, cause it's "not realistic" then he takes away 17's firing from the ground which IS realistic!  make up your mind HT!  If you wanted to eliminate Ackstars, just make the buffs easier to kill when they're on the ground for Cri'sake!

On a swivel eh... if you were really having a flash back, you would jerk your head in 45 degree increments! LOL!  There is no headswiveling in Aces High..see my other thread. :-)

this isnt a flame Brethon, but making the buffs "easier" to kill on the ground could also be construed as lacking in realism    

HT had to make an adjustment because people were rolling 17's out while fields were under attack and just using them as gun platforms.  Something that certaintly was "Not" realistic.  This change is the far lesser of the 2 evils IMHO

 Agreed Fester-any addition to AH that removes ability to"game the game"is welcome in my book.The more AH is about aircombat rather than "capture the flag" the better.Man this is just such a great sim-really enjoying this HT-thx again and keep up the great work!

shep121. The earth is round. Just because you cannot see that doen's mean it isn't.

I can 'swivel' my head in place and check 8 points of the compass with no problem.- not just 45 degrees and not snapping either.

Big difference is *I* do it and not the computer.

Give it up. HiTech already said he wasn't going to do it. You're just trying to give mouth to mouth to a dead horse.
