When Flying a 190 (14 flights now)
I've heard 1 ping prior to dying.
EVER!!
Watched as a 51 this last time settle on my 6, and spray wildly..
no pings, just exploded..
doesn't seem to matter what plane shoots me down, (seems with a lessor gunned aircraft I should hear occassional pings before exploding..
and it cannot be attributed to just good shooters either. It's been a variety of skill level pilots.
Switch to any other plane.. get lots of pings before dying..including a Nik, or 51.
If I was getting delayed pings I could understand that as I don't get the best of connections...(hate getting pings, crunch's and CRUNCHs hits after I've bailed or exploded,, hehe)
But so far,, nuthing but one (1) light "ping"
(rather than the "crunch", or "CRUNCH" of a crit hit.)
the 1 lt "ping" took off entire tail section of my plane.....
Really frustrated here...
Any thoughts as to what may be the prob???
And yes, I know I'm not a good fighter Jockey, I do understand SA really well, but I do on occassion have a modicum of success in fighters. (1 six kill sortie, in a runstang, couple of 4 kill sorties in n1k.)
