Small world.  :D

The indoor scenes they filmed at a warehouse in Bensalem, my girlfriend's father works right across the street from the place.

I also recall them planting the corn field for the movie almost a year before production began - kind of makes you appreciate how much time (years) goes into a little 2 hour movie.

So the rest of you guys recommend the movie "The Ring?"  From the previews it seemed like one of those "MTV teenager scary" movies.

Perhaps Ill have to check it out.

As for being scared ****less, Event Horizon holds that title for me.  Made the dog sleep with me that night and I actually drove home from the theater with the interior light on.

Just saw the first ad for "28 days later" last night, looks pretty damn cool... comes out sometime in mid-june I think.

Event Horizon definitely scared the f*ck out of me the first time I saw it.

SIGNS was one of the best movies I have seen lately.
The Ring was a disappointment...I didnt find it that scary.

Now when I saw that "figure" on top of the barn.....HOLY CHIT!

The scene from the party in South America....HOLY CHIT!

My wife had a sore arm after I grabbed her and hung on for dear life.  SIGNS had me scared ......really scared!

I've watched the movie several times, and I have never seen the figure on the roof?  I think the cornstalk scene at night was the scariest in the movie theater.  Everyone was yelling "Run Riggs run!!"  The Mexican home video just reminded me of OJ caught on tape for some reason.

It would have been a "B" movie if Mel Gibson hadn't starred...I think "The Creature from the Black Lagoon"  frightened me twice as much as signs....however after watching both, I can't fish in a pond without shattin' in me drawers nor can I pluck corn without peein' on me boots.

the roof scene is when he is in the room with the little girl and looks outside and see's it on the roof. the music even does an orchestra hit or something. right after he goes and wakes up his bro and they go yelling around the house....

go in slow-mo while he's in the daughters room and look on the barn roof for a silouette.
I don't know what to put here yet.
