I think the people tracking chip implant is a good idea for people with criminal records, so law enforcement can keep track of them. Also these gangsters and gangster wannabes need them too since they are always looking for trouble and commiting crimes.
A lot of people nowdays have a gangster menality I bet that would disappear quick if they did this! Or maybe they would be to stupid to not act that way. Or just wouldnt care.
