Option for autoretract.....

Just an option in setup, like we have for combat trim now......

when enabled flaps autoretract just like now.

when disabled flaps can go 25mph overspeed with stress, 50mph with stutter and above that the flap is damaged and jams (or breaks off, depending on aircraft's ability to take damage).......

some planes like the spit dont really need flaps, but im sick and tired of dying in my P38 cause the damn flaps wont stay out.

maybe the option to switch off the auto retract?

that way you can decide whether you wish to risk damaging the flaps but keeping manual control or to leave it with the auto retract on and have them retract like they do now.Basically i dont want to have to switch on the auto retract every flight like players have to for combat trim. :)

hazed i think u are mistaken, u dont have to set autocombat trim off/on everyflight. Once u have set it as off/on in the setup it remembers that setting for every flight.
