im not ack-ack but....

Yes, it was on mainland europe in january 1945 (after seeing combat vs. V1's) and performed ground attack duties.  The only reason it didnt come across air opposition was the fact that the LW was mauled already.

The Meteor MkIII saw combat, it was delivered to the RAF late 1944 and was operational over Germany in 1945 it's place in the AH planeset is just as valid as any of the current Luftwaffe jets. Not as fast and not quite as powerfully armed (4x20mm) but would be a worthy addition. If the Aliies can't have their jet then remove all jets from AH they unbalance the arena's anyway.
