  I couldn't believe how far I had to scroll to see 'Two Weeks'(tm).  LOL.

  I thought they'd said August?  Oh well.  Waiting with packed parachute and unloaded guns.  (I'll never get saddled anyway and the reduction in weight helps the manueverability). :-)

I know when it will be out guys.

I leave for Europe on the 14th of Spetember, so that means it comes out on the 15th.

How familiar does this sound  


A man is flying in a hot air balloon and realises he is lost. He reduces height and spots a man below. He lowers the balloon further and shouts down. "Excuse me can you help me please? I promised a friend I would meet him half an hour ago, but I don't know where I am."

The man below replies "Yes certainly. You are in a hot air balloon, drifting slowly north east, approximately 30 feet above the ground. You are between 40 and 42 degrees north latitude and between 58 and 60 degrees west longitude."

"You must be an engineer" says the balloonist.

"I am" replies the man "How did you know?"

"Well" says the balloonist "Whilst everything you have told me is technically correct, I have no idea of what to make of your information and the fact is, I'm still lost."

The man below replies "You must be a manager"

"I am" replies the balloonist "How did you know?"

"Well" says the man below "its  obvious. You don't know where you are, or where you are going. You have made a promise, which you have no idea how to keep and you expect me to solve your problems. The fact is you are in the exact same position you were in before we met, except now, somehow, it's all my fault...................."

In 30 minutes it is September here in Norway, so if I just can get the adress where to download it.  

But I guess it is about two weeks until it is two weeks left to we can download it  

Course I might be wrong    

PS. Pyro or anyone else at Hitech creations, do you know by now how large the download will be ?

  HT:  will that download size increase over time?  I'm purely curious.  3-4 Mb seems like a bargain compared to the very hefty download for "Brand W."  Is AH just that much more efficient?  I assume the 3-d cockpit and lack of cockpit art that comes with it is far more efficient, but that still seems way out of proportion.

  I'm not a programmer or anything (although I can program my GPS!), so I really don't know what I'm talking about.  But if, in a year or two the AH download is still small (10Mb or so), I'd be most pleased, since some of us still have slow connections.

I found this old thread... from before the beta version of AH was released.
BTW: Does anybody know any of these users (other than the usual suspects from HTC)?

WHY didn't anybody say 2 weeks?
