I've seen a few copies at my local EB...but I think Funkedup got a copy dirt cheap on eBay

Did some digging around on eBay and found a few copies for $10 or less. How can I tell the difference between the final retail version and the beta version that was sold by Wal-Mart? Was the box art different or something?
